Kev lag luam automotive yog tso cov dav hlua ua rau kev ua haujlwm ntawm laser cim, uas yuav tsum tsis tsuas yog tsim kev teeb tsa kev ua haujlwm tab sis kuj ua tau raws li cov kev ua haujlwm tiav kawg. With the introduction of the Euro 7 standard, which imposes strict limits on brake dust emissions, manufacturers have integrated wear indicators (EasyCheck) to precisely monitor brake disc lifespan. Hauv cov ntsiab lus no, lasit tau tsim kho kom tiav cov kev daws teeb meem rau laser no siv cov mem tes uas siv ultra}
Kev koom tes ntawm IPG thiab lasit yog tob hauv paus: txij li xyoo 2006, ob txoj kev sib koom tes no tau ua ke tsim cov kev daws teeb meem tshiab rau kev lag luam laser. Lasit yog ib qho ntawm lub ntiaj teb cov fiber ntau laser koom ua ke thiab tseem yog ib tus thawj coj thoob ntiaj teb hauv kev ua teb, kev sib xyaw ua ke 500 laser txhua xyoo. Xws li cov ntim ntau lawm ua lasit Ib daim IPG loj tshaj plaws thoob ntiaj teb kev koom tes hauv kev lag luam laser khoo sector.
Dhau tsib xyoos dhau los, Lasit tau tsim thiab siv ntau dua 50 cov qauv tshwj xeeb tsim rau Easncheck khij rau cov khoom lag luam yooj yim. Cov tshuab ua tiav zoo siv IPG lub picosecond laser lias kom tau raws li cov ntawv thov sib txawv ua ke ntawm cov European manufacturers.
IPG's Picosecond laser thev naus laus zis tau ua pov thawj los ua cov tshuaj zoo tagnrho rau cov ntawv thov yooj yim, raws li nws muaj:
- Meej meej ablation tob tswj nrog tsis muaj thermal kev puas tsuaj rau cov khoom siv
- Zoo heev nto zoo nrog cov npoo ntse thiab tsis muaj burrs
- Kev ua nrawm nrawm thaum tswj qhov yuav tsum tau ua
- Kev siv dav thoob cov txheej txheem ntau
- Paub cov txheej txheem ua haujlwm
Lasit lub xyoo ntawm kev paub hauv kev lag luam yooj yim tau qhib lawv los tsim:
Kev tswj hwm software rau kev ua tiav cov txheej txheem tag nrho traceability
Ib qho kev sib xyaw laser profilometry system rau kev tswj cov khoom zoo
Qaus Nplog Loading thiab Unloading Cycles
Interface sib txuas nrog Enterprise Ep thiab Mes tshuab
Cov khoom siv yooj yim nruab nrog cov khoom siv nrog IPG picosecond lasers ua ke tas li:
Qhov tob tswj: xwm yeem hauv 90μm ± 5 mc thoob plaws txhiab tus qauv
Cov txheej txheem ruaj khov: 100% ntawm ntau lawm nyob hauv qhov kev tswj hwm kev txheeb xyuas ntau
Kev tsim kho lub sijhawm: haum rau loj - scale industrial ntau lawm
Cov pov thawj zoo ntawm IPG picosecond lasers hauv cov ntawv thov yooj yim muaj xws li:
- Ntev -} sij hawm kev ntseeg tau: muaj peev xwm ua haujlwm rau ntau txhiab teev
- Xwm yeem engraving zoo: tswj txawm tias ntawm kev ua haujlwm siab
- Kev Ua Haujlwm Thoob Plaws: Tsim nyog rau ntau yam txheej txheej
- IPG qhov kev ntsib tsis ntev los no tau ntxiv dag zog rau cov kev koom tes nrog
Tsis ntev los no, IPG tus neeg tiv tauj rau Lasit, Luca Longoni thiab Elena Marani, mus xyuas lub Hoobkas lasit. Qhov kev mus ntsib no tau lees tias qhov kev sib tw ntawm cov kev koom tes nrog ob tog thiab lawv cov kev sib koom ua ke los tsim cov kev daws teeb meem zoo rau kev lag luam automotive.
Qhov kev mus ntsib no tau muab lub sijhawm los saib xyuas ua tiav thiab npaj cov thev naus laus zis kev tsim kho yav tom ntej loj hlob ntawm kev pib ua haujlwm thiab tswj kev nyab xeeb.
Cov kev paub ua nyob rau hauv kev lag luam automotive
Kev sib koom tes ntawm Lasit thiab IPG tau dhau los ua cov cim hauv kev lag luam hauv tsheb, raws li evidrided los ntawm:
Ntsia lub hauv paus: ntau dua 50 yooj yim Engraving System tsim
Mure Kev paub: Tsib xyoos kev txhim kho txuas ntxiv thiab ua kom zoo dua
Txiav - ntug thev naus laus zis: siv ipg picosecond lasers kom ua tiav qhov siab tshaj plaws
Kev txhawb nqa tshwj xeeb: los ntawm kev tsim qauv rau tom qab {{0} Kev pabcuam muag muag
Qhov kev paub zoo no, ua ke nrog cov tswv yim koom tes nrog lub ntiaj teb cov kev coj noj coj ua uas tau sawv cev ntawm kev lag luam thiab muaj peev xwm txuas ntxiv rau kev nce qib tshiab.
